After a four month absence I’m finally getting round to continuing this blog.
I am not getting into the reasons for my absence, as this is an appreciation blog not somewhere for me to air my feelings and moan about things. But basically things are back on track so yeah, I’m back!
I am not answering them all (there are so many!) but I came back to so many messages expressing disappointment at the blog being deserted, to you all I apologise! It means a lot that you were all thinking about it to such an extent!
SO! In twelve days I will be gracing the shores of Paris for the second time, armed with my camera and a list of stations that I want to photograph at length. If you have any requests drop me a line and I will try my best to get some shots when I am there!
On top of my list are Abbesses, Chatelet, Concorde, Louvre-Rivoli, Bir Hakeim and Poissoniere. Feel free to contribute.
This may sound slightly sad, but I'm incredibly excited to see some Chatelet photos, whenever they arrive...unless they've already been posted?
I actually love this blog so much :)
Haha, it is not sad at all, if you are sad then what am I!? Ha.
Seriously but, I’m doing the lines in order, so Chatelet has appeared already but its waaaay back at the start of the blog. Line 1 and Line 4 are there, but the station on Line 7 will be here very soon.
And thank you so much, this makes me veeeeeery happy! (:
I LOVE this blog! After my first trip to Paris I became obsessed with the metro and its unique character.
Hey, sorry for the delay in replying, uni has got on top of me!
Thank you so much, I know it sounds like I am constantly repeating myself but it really does make me happy knowing that there are other people out there who appreciate something a lot of people overlook. :)
Thanks again for posting pictures from Paris metro, it's like seeing my life of last year in Paris throughout the metro stations. Memories come to my mind as I see the different stations. Definitely, you are my favourite blog!! Besos!
Oh my goodness, this message actually makes me so happy, thank you for saying I am your favourite!!! I like that you share my love/appreciation of the metro, I love knowing I’m not the only one. Thank you so much! (:
